The WE Initiative is designed to increase women’s participation in business development in Sri Lanka. WE 2.0 aims to:
- Provide women with a safe and supportive place to grow their businesses.
- Increase women’s skills, knowledge and confidence in business development.
- Strengthen network opportunities for women entrepreneurs.
For many women in Sri Lanka, family and household commitments make starting a business challenging. SYF provides a safe and supervised space for children to attend work with their mothers if required.
